Yad has a background of skills complimenting his legal knowledge. He holds an undergraduate degree in accounting, with post graduate qualifications in computing science, law and legal practice.  Yad is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales.

Following completion of his academia, Yad qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in July 2000 and specialises in dispute resolution, by litigation and by alternate dispute resolution methods. With over 20 years of practice experience under his belt, he has undertaken tremendously varied work, predominantly within the sphere of family, civil and commercial disputes. He deals with matters at all levels of the judicial system, including First Tier Tribunal/County Court, Upper Tribunal/High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court divisions. This has included notable reported cases.

Yad is also a qualified mediator, having obtained accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He places great importance on trying to achieve a mutually acceptable resolution by agreement if possible, minimising stress and cost for the client.
