Accreditations
We test ourselves at every step, always looking to improve our system and procedures so we can deliver the highest standard every time. We ensure we have the right infrastructure, controls and processes in place to deliver our service to you in a convenient and time-saving manner.
We run internal and external client file audits, review our complaints procedure, professional indemnity, risk assessment information as well as listening to what you have said in the client feedback survey undertaken during and after your transaction.
Our accreditation to Conveyancing Quality Scheme (“CQS”) means we are externally assessed every twelve months. We were proud to be granted such a prestigious accreditation in 2016 and to be reaccredited annually since then. The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing law firms, Membership of CQS establishes a level of credibility with third parties such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential homebuyers and sellers.
We are equally proud to have been accredited by the Law Society with its Legal Practice Quality Mark for Excellence in Legal Practice Management and Excellence in Client Care.
Lexcel accreditation serves as a quality mark and trust indicator to help show clients and prospective clients the firm’s commitment and ability to consistently deliver services that not only meet but excel clients’ expectations. To qualify for this prestigious accreditation, the firm has undergone a rigorous application and assessment process for the last 12 months and, on-site visits from experienced and trained assessors.
Both the CQS and Lexcel accreditations are highly demanding standards that are accessed every 12 months which means that we cannot drop our standards. Both accreditations have the same primary objectives – Client Care.
We are also regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (“SRA”) and are members of the Law Society of England and Wales. What really makes us different, however, is that we’re always innovating and it’s a constant process rather than a box-ticking exercise.
