Nessie is a Consultant Senior Associate Legal Executive within Kingfields, she started her legal career in 1988, having worked for niche boutique firms initially and for many years now Legal 200 and 500 firms within the Counties before joining Kingfields.

Nessie advises on all aspects of residential conveyancing i.e. sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, freeholds and leaseholds. With specialist skills in High Net Worth properties, Islamic Finance transactions, River Properties, Moorings, Help to Buy transactions, Agricultural Land Purchases, Manor House purchases with and without Farming Land and Unregistered Titles.

Nessie has in depth knowledge of Matrimonial property transactions, having previously dealt with Matrimonial transactions alongside her property transactions for 15 years before channelling all her specialism to Property transactions.

Having undertaken a significant volume of work for UK investment buyers/sellers, domestic clients and overseas clients; in the capacity of both individuals as well as Companies. Nessie understands the value of meeting differing needs of clients and adapts to best serve individual clients’ requirements.

Probate sales and Specialist/Bridging Financing are other areas that Nessie covers in depth and can guide clients through transactions in difficult circumstances and understanding that speed is key to transactions.

She is enthusiastic and committed to delivery of bespoke high-level service to clients and associated parties to transactions; ensuring close team working processes with third parties to ensure transactions’ goals and time scales are met.

In her spare time Nessie enjoys playing golf, a sport that her family all have in common enabling them to spend time together. Nessie also enjoys attending weekly Pilates classes and unwinds reading books as part of the Weybridge Women’s Book Club
