5. Competitive Pricing -We will charge a competitive fixed fee. Our clients will be able to spread the cost of our legal fees into two equal payments, which will be payable on exchange and completion.
6. No exchange, No Legal Fees -If the buyer does not proceed then we will not charge for the work that we have done so far. The buyer will only be responsible for third party costs such as Local Search Fees.
